We ship to the following contries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland. 

All countries mentioned has free shipping, except:

• Norway: Shipping is 280 DKK (38 EUR) per. item of Frank's Rocking, and 120DKK (16 EUR) per. item for all other products on www.greenholt.com.
• Switzerland:  Shipping is 340 DKK per item for all products on www.greenholt.com.

The shipping process for orders placed on our platform is as follows:

• Placement of Order
• Processing (which takes approximately 1-5 business days)
• Shipping
• Delivery to Customer

Customers should expect to receive their orders within a period of 10 business days from the date of placement of the order, unless otherwise stated for specific products. Upon shipment of the order, the customer will receive a shipment notification email containing the tracking information for their package.
